Summary : Excellent - other reviews worried me but I'm happy with these!
I'm very happy I bought this headset... it's very compact, comfortable, and the sound quality (both for me and the listener) is superb. I've asked several people I've called with these (using with laptop and Google Talk) and they said I sound like I'm on a regular phone so very happy. Also like the case for traveling. The one question I had when I ordered was the type of plug these have... (I was worried I might need to order an adapter).... they have the standard microphone / headset plugs that you'll find on most p/c laptops and desktops (can't speak to those fancy Apples!)
Order in confidence, these are a good value with no drawbacks that I've found.

Summary : Great traveler
I travel with this headset all the time. For airplanes, hotels and airports this has been great for music, audio books and VOIP usage with my laptop. I like having a hard plastic case to protect the earphones and microphone as a cram it into my laptop bag. The sound and microphone quality is very good for a compact headset of this size and portability. This has been around the world with me a few times already. If I do wear it out, I would get another.

Summary : Superb headset!
I'm back on this page to buy another H165 headset for the office and I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. I think this is an amazing headset! I've been using it for about 4 months for listening to music and making Skype calls. The first time I listened to music with it I was shocked by the sound quality. Sound is so clear and bass is surprisingly deep. I never went back to using my iPod earphones.
I've never had any troubles using it for Skype calls. No one I talked to has ever complained about its sound quality. I like the small form factor and the included case is a nice touch. Someone mentioned that it doesn't work with Macs but it works perfectly with my MacBook Pro. You can't find a better headset for the price!
